What's included in the $1 first month?
Everything. Your first month gives you full access to Sprout Studio’s Pro Plan – no features locked, no limitations. You get the same experience as any paying Pro member from day one.
What happens after the first month?
After your first month, you’ll continue on the Pro Plan at $51 USD/month ($66 CAD). If you decide Pro isn’t the right fit, you can downgrade to our Basic Plan starting at $19 USD/month ($24 CAD), or upgrade to Unlimited at $69 USD/month ($89 CAD) – totally your call.
Is there a contract or commitment?
None at all. Sprout is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime, no questions asked.
Can I cancel before the first month ends and pay nothing more?
Yes. As long as you cancel before your monthly renewal date, you won’t be charged again. You’re in complete control.
Is this offer only for new customers?
Yes – this offer is available to anyone who has never had a paid monthly or annual Sprout Studio subscription before. If you’ve only ever been on a free trial, you’re still eligible.
What does "free migration" actually mean – what do you move over for me?
Free limited migration includes transferring 5 active shoots, 5 contract templates, and up to 5 galleries from your current platform to Sprout – at no cost. If you have more data to bring over, you can add additional migration options at checkout.
Which platforms can you migrate from?
Any of them. We migrate from all major CRM and studio management platforms (including HoneyBook, Dubsado, 17hats, and more) as well as any online gallery hosting platform. If you’re using it today, we can move it.
How long does migration take?
Typically 4 weeks, depending on how much data you have. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process so you always know where things stand.
Will I lose any of my existing client data?
Never. We copy your data – we never delete anything from your existing platform. Your current setup stays completely intact throughout the process.
Do I have to stop using my old software while you migrate?
Not at all. Keep using your current tools as normal during the migration. Just keep in mind that anything new you add after migration begins may not be included in what gets transferred over to Sprout.
Does Sprout replace all my current tools?
For most photographers, yes. Sprout replaces the tools you’re currently using for booking, scheduling, online galleries, email marketing, reporting, accepting payments, and design proofing – all under one login.
How is Sprout different from HoneyBook or Dubsado?

Is Sprout only for photographers?
Sprout was built with photographers in mind, and most of our language and features reflect that. That said, we have a large and growing community of creatives using Sprout – including DJs, planners, florists, educators, and more. If you run a client-based creative business, Sprout likely works for you.
How long does it take to get set up?
That depends on how much you want to configure, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. We offer free 1:1 Zoom calls with our support team as well as a 7-day quick setup series that walks you through everything you need to hit the ground running – step by step, one day at a time.
What if Sprout isn't right for me – can I get a refund?
Because your first month is just $1, we don’t offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime and won’t be charged again after that. There’s no risk of being locked in.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
Yes – you’ll need to enter a card for the initial $1 payment.
