1. Sponsor

The contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Sprout Studio (“Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 6:00 AM EST on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, August 18, 2024 (“Contest Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of entry and have a valid mailing address. Employees of Sprout Studio and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must submit a testimonial that captures how Sprout Studio has helped them / their business evolve. This can range from simple improvements like moving away from paper and pen to implementing complex automations.

5. Prizes

One (1) winner will receive the following prizes:

• One (1) iPad Air – 1 TB, 13 inch (valued at $1,809 CAD)
• One (1) $1,000 credit for Post Partner

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly using a random number generator on Monday, August 19, 2024.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The winner will be announced via email on Monday, August 19, 2024. The winner must respond to the email within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Once confirmed, the iPad will be shipped to any valid mailing address within Canada or the US, and the $1,000 credit for Post Partner will be arranged by email.

8. General Conditions

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or disruptions that may prevent participation in the Contest.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Sprout Studio Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Promotional Use

By submitting a testimonial, you agree that Sprout Studio may use your words, name, and likeness for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, use on social media, the GetSproutStudio.com website, and in advertising.

By participating in the Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
