1. Sponsor

The contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Sprout Studio (“Sponsor”).

2. No Affiliation with Instagram

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 6:00 AM EST on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, August 18, 2024 (“Contest Period”).

4. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of entry and have a valid mailing address. Employees of Sprout Studio and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must sign up for a new Sprout Studio trial between 6:00 AM EST on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, and 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, August 18, 2024. Each new trial sign-up will automatically be entered into the Contest.

6. Prizes

One (1) winner will receive the following prizes:

• One (1) year unlimited Sprout Studio account (valued at $979 CAD)
• One (1) iPad Air – 1 TB, 13 inch (valued at $1,809 CAD)

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly using a random number generator. The selection will be conducted and announced on Monday, August 19, 2024.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The winner will be announced on Sprout Studio’s Instagram account and notified via email or Instagram direct message. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Once confirmed, the iPad will be shipped to any valid mailing address within Canada or the US, and the Sprout Studio Unlimited subscription will be applied to their account.

9. General Conditions

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or disruptions that may prevent participation in the Contest.

10. Privacy

All personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Sprout Studio Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
