Are there things you’ve been meaning to do?

You probably have a list of things you've been meaning to do, right?

Maybe the list is longer than you care to admit.

I often teach photographers about productivity and efficiency. The foundation of our popular Take Back Your 80 program was simple – when you install the right systems and processes in your business, you can spend more time doing what you love.

One of the basics that I teach about is the use of “templates” in your your business systems. Take email templates for example.

Think about how many times you write the same “your online gallery is ready” email. It would be a good use of your time to write that email once and use it over and over again, right?

Most of the times when I talk about this idea, photographers say “I've been meaning to do that”, because who has time to write a bunch of email templates, right?

You may acknowledge that having systems and templates are effective, but have you actually built them yet?

That brings us back to the beginning of this email. There's probably things (like writing email templates) that you've been meaning to do, but haven't yet. When will you choose to spend the time now to save the time in the long-run?

Maybe you don't have the time right now.

Well … what if it didn't take any time?

The old way of templates

Let's walk through how acquiring email templates would normally work, assuming you didn't want to write them yourself.

You'd buy email templates from an online store, which would basically be a text document with pre-written email replies. From there, you'd have to find a way to implement these in your daily systems so you actually make use of them.

Almost sounds like more time (and money) than it's worth, doesn't it?

Maybe that's how you feel, and maybe that's why you haven't done anything about it yet.

I believe that a system is only as good as it's implementation.

Said another way …

If you don't implement a system, it's not very useful, is it?

Well, we've taken care of this for you in Sprout Studio.

And I'm not just talking about email templates. Sure, you can use email templates with ease right within Sprout Studio. But email templates are just the beginning …

The next big game changer

You know we have a strong passion for teaching about the business of photography in a systematic way.

It's the foundation to SproutingPhotographer.com and our Podcast.

Well, Sprout Studio allows us to help with the implementation of our teachings. Within Sprout Studio, we've built a system called Sprout Library. It's how we can give you the ideas, the knowledge, the strategies, the systems and the implementation.

This has never been done before.

With Sprout Library, we've pre-built dozens of templates for you. All you have to do is click which one you'd like to implement, and voila, it's in your Sprout Studio account, ready for use!

And it's all free, included in your Sprout Studio monthly plan ($49 USD per month).

You can use our templates as-is immediately in your business within seconds, or you can use them as a starting point for further customization.

Sprout-Library

Currently, the areas of Sprout Studio that feature Sprout Library are:

  • Email templates
  • Questionnaires
  • Workflows
  • Messages
  • Sales Gallery rooms
  • Price lists
  • Payment schedules

I want to take just a moment to talk about Sales Gallery rooms though …

Sales Gallery is already changing how photographers do proofing and sales with their portrait clients. Sales Gallery Rooms in Sprout Library allow photographers to be even more professional and polished. I personally worked with an amazing 3D Rendering Artist to build 21 “stock” rooms from scratch. These are rooms like bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and foyers with hand-picked colours, accessories, decors and styles. We've also pre-calibrated the rooms so that once your clients start putting their images onto the walls, they'll show up sized appropriately. This way, an 8×10 will look tiny, as it would (and should) on a real wall. And again, all these custom-built rooms are completely free in Sprout Library!

Just the beginning …

Sprout Library will grow and expand as time goes on.

It's something that no one else is able to do, and we're so excited to bring such a big game changer to the industry again.

These templates and systems would cost you hundreds anywhere else, and they'd still just be text documents. Implementation would still be up to you.

But not with Sprout Studio. With Sprout Library, they're all free, and Sprout Studio gives you the system and framework for guaranteed implementation.

This is just another way that we are helping you save time, become more organized and create a more consistent customer experience.
